EVENT POLICY & RENTAL FORM
USF Sarasota-Manatee facilities are available for rental on a limited basis to non-University affiliated organizations that generally support the mission of the University. That mission is to provide high quality upper division undergraduate, graduate and continuing professional education in an active research environment, and to advance the cultural, social, and economic well-being for the citizens of the greater Sarasota and Manatee region.
The University reserves the right to deny rental availability for any event that
does not clearly support the mission of the University.
Eligibility will be determined solely by the USF Sarasota-Manatee Regional Chancellor or the designated University representatives.
USF Sarasota-Manatee facilities rental to external organizations will be considered only during times when the requested events are not in conflict with University events.
The following locations at the USF Sarasota-Manatee campus are available for rental to eligible applicants:
• FCCI ROTUNDA
• SELBY AUDITORIUM & SUDAKOFF PAVILION
• COURTYARD & BBQ AREA
